Job summary

DTE Energy is seeking a strategic leader to develop and execute high-level plans supporting short-term goals and long-range objectives. You’ll oversee metrics design, measurement, and reporting for executives and guide initiatives involving regulatory filings.

You will lead a small team, manage projects, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies while advancing organizational performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, business or related field and 5 years of strategic planning, analysis and project management experience.
• Includes at least 2 years of experience leading projects and/or others.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design of key performance metrics, including targets and reporting for leadership review.
• Guides leadership in long-term business strategy formulation and implementation.
• Identifies issues that could impact goals and priorities and proposes solutions.
• Analyzes issues and develops concise conclusions, recommendations and plans.
• Supports regulatory filing initiatives with strategy development and testimony writing.
• Maintains awareness of industry best practices and developments.
