- Screens and evaluates strategic vendors or acquisition targets and conducts diligence.
- Negotiates with counterparties to structure transactions.
- Drives strategic initiatives and supports long-term growth plans.
- Forecasts project performance using internal and external sources.
- Oversees organizational reviews and communicates results to senior management.
