Job summary

Represent Justice is seeking an Ambassador Program Impact Manager to connect Ambassador stories, Ambassadors, and films to opportunities for meaningful engagement and impact. You will report to the VP of Partnerships & Engagement and work across ambassador engagement, impact campaigns, and partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic connector with experience in criminal justice reform advocacy, partnerships, and campaign management.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in criminal justice reform advocacy, partnerships, campaigns, organizing, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing advocacy, social-impact, organizing, narrative-change campaigns.
• Ability to articulate a story's relevance to different audiences and partners.
• Strong strategic instincts to connect people, organizations, issues, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Strong project-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to move projects forward and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to work across teams and navigate ownership and dependencies.
• Strong judgment and professionalism when representing the organization externally.
• Commitment to equity and centering directly impacted leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of impact campaigns connecting films and storytelling to advocacy and policy opportunities.
• Identify timely advocacy and community opportunities for Ambassadors and storytelling resources to add value.
• Research campaigns, coalitions, policy developments, and events aligned with priorities.
• Support screenings, community activations, partner events, panels, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate ambassador engagement across programming and ensure opportunities align with stories and capacity.
• Prepare ambassadors for external-facing opportunities with clear audience, purpose, logistics, and context.
• Track activities, partnerships, outcomes, learnings, and follow-ups for evaluation and strategy.
• Develop engagement metrics and tracking tools for ambassador engagement and program impact.
• Oversee ambassador program operations: payments, updates, outreach, and training follow-ups.
• Coordinate internal teams to provide context and information for collaboration.
