Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Order of Battle Analyst to synthesize all-source intelligence for clients, lead senior analysts, and mentor junior staff.

You will apply experience with MIDB/MARS, DoD/IC knowledge, and strong deliverables, including complex written products and client-ready briefings, while maintaining TS/SCI clearance and readiness for polygraph as required. This role emphasizes strategic-to-tactical analysis and close collaboration with customers across government agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst.
• Experience with U.S. government all-source analytic production.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• Knowledge of the DoD and wider IC.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
