Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the MIDB or MARS
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source analytic production on naval joint capabilities
• Perform database management support in MIDB and MARS databases
• Develop records and deliverables for clients from tactical to strategic levels
• Mentor and share expertise with other analysts to improve team performance
• Support warfighter and national leaders with timely, accurate information
