Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an All-Source Analyst (Mid) to produce strategic intelligence on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities. You will deliver high-quality written products and briefings for senior policymakers, leveraging IC and Combatant Command knowledge, and you will mentor peers to strengthen analytic craft.

The successful candidate will hold a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of all-source experience (or 7+ years in lieu of a degree).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments on foreign defense programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Mentor and share expertise with other analysts to strengthen team output.
• Support decision-makers and warfighters with timely, well-justified analyses.
