Job summary

PMA Consultants LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead redevelopment efforts at Washington Dulles International Airport. You will partner with clients and PMA leadership to drive project delivery, governance, and strategic outcomes.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives through proactive governance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in the AEC industry.
• Aviation construction experience preferred.
• Experience with governance, program controls, and strategic risk planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle from feasibility studies through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with business objectives through governance and planning.
• Create and implement governance frameworks, enterprise delivery protocols, and long-range strategies.
• Drive client meetings, RFPs, and contract execution; manage relationships with executives, landlords, and regulators.
• Define KPIs, earned value metrics, and risk mitigations; monitor project performance and report to leadership.
