PMA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large redevelopment projects at Washington Dulles International Airport. You will set strategic direction, drive program governance, and oversee complex schedules and cost controls to ensure client success.
As a senior leader, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage executive reporting, and partner with PMA leadership to advance project delivery standards across the organization.
The Senior Project Manager is a recognized leader in program and project management who will be responsible for managing large redevelopment projects at Washington Dulles International Airport. This role sets strategic direction, influences client outcomes, and establishes best-in-class project delivery standards.
Serving as a key executive partner to both clients and PMA leadership, this role ensures successful project execution, business growth, and organizational development. The Sr. PM leads multidisciplinary teams, drives innovation, and ensures alignment of project goals with broader business objectives through proactive planning, governance, and leadership.
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.

The salary range for this position is $131,853 to $187,193.
