Job summary

Essex Solutions in Atlanta seeks a seasoned AI Portfolio & Cybersecurity Engineer to manage the enterprise AI portfolio and strengthen cybersecurity capabilities. You will design, implement, and govern secure AI and LLM-based solutions while supporting vulnerability management, incident response, and GRC activities.

This role requires experience delivering secure AI-enabled programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams across business units, IT, Legal, and HR to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, engineering, or data science.
• 3–5 years of cybersecurity or IT engineering experience.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the enterprise AI portfolio including initiatives from proposal to completion.
• Coordinate AI business-use-case intake, evaluation, prioritization, approval, and project lifecycle.
• Track AI project schedules, milestones, risks, costs, and value realization.
• Prepare AI portfolio dashboards, status reports, metrics, and executive updates.
• Partner with business units, IT, cybersecurity, Legal, HR to translate needs into secure AI solutions.
• Assist IT and technical teams with designing, building, testing, integrating, and deploying AI/LLM solutions.
• Evaluate AI platforms and architectures for security, scalability, and fit.
