Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Business Partner Lead within Cybersecurity Services to advance AI and AI security priorities by aligning strategy, investments, and vendor relationships with organizational roadmaps.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, support renewals, and provide executive-level reporting while strengthening responsible AI adoption and investment transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in business partner, strategic, financial, vendor, product, or portfolio-focused roles.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and collaboration with finance on renewals, investments, or business cases.
• Experience evaluating investments and aligning with roadmaps, financial objectives, and priorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience presenting executive-level data, risks, recommendations, and portfolio updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, finance, product, cybersecurity, technology, legal, regulatory, engineering, and operations to evaluate investments and manage vendor relationships.
• Support renewals, develop business cases, and align funding decisions with roadmaps.
• Initiate and coordinate projects and support portfolio reviews.
• Identify financial and delivery risks and provide executive-level reporting.
