Job summary

UPSIDE Foods, Inc. is seeking an AI Residency within the Enterprise Intelligence team to frame strategic questions, build a research plan, and leverage AI for fast public-domain research. You will collaborate with scientists and leaders to test findings with industry experts and prepare evidence-backed recommendations for the executive team.

The role is remote in the US, 12-week residency with 20–40 hours per week, and includes potential Bay Area visits to align on results and share learnings.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ownership and timely delivery in cross-functional projects.
• MBA or equivalent experience with business/strategic reasoning.
• Fluent with AI tools for rapid research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Frame strategic questions and build an end-to-end research plan.
• Conduct wide desk research using AI tools and synthesize findings.
• Engage with industry practitioners to test findings.
• Back each claim with external evidence and consult SMEs.
• Write and present recommendations to executives at milestones.
