Verita AI is seeking a Strategic Project Associate in San Francisco to work with Strategic Project Leads on high-impact AI data projects for top-tier clients. You will handle client communication, contributor onboarding, and project delivery while learning to own client accounts.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) from a top university.
• Strong academic record, ideally with experience in operationally intensive environments: internships in consulting, finance, startups, or technical roles.
• Background in engineering, computer science, math, economics, or a related technical field is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support SPLs on the day-to-day execution of client projects, from kickoff to delivery.
• Help onboard, manage, and support communities of expert contributors.
• Monitor project quality, throughput, and contributor performance, and surface insights to improve outcomes.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams within larger projects as you ramp.
• Contribute to internal process and tooling improvements across the Strategic Projects team.
