Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the AI product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business partners to translate problems into measurable AI solutions and manage a data-driven lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, digital transformation, AI/ML solution delivery, data products, business analysis, or technology delivery.
• 3+ years of experience managing product roadmaps/backlogs and stakeholder communications in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• 2+ years of experience partnering with AI engineers, data scientists, data/platform engineers, solution architects, or delivery leads.
• 1+ years of experience applying governance, privacy, security, risk management, or Responsible AI practices to digital/data/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the AI product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned to business outcomes.
• Partner with commercial leaders to deliver AI capabilities that improve decision-making, revenue, and productivity.
• Translate business problems into AI product goals, metrics, user stories, and value hypotheses.
• Prioritize features, epics, and technical enablers balancing value, feasibility, risk, and compliance.
• Lead Business Analysts and guide delivery teams on scope, acceptance criteria, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Responsible AI, data governance, architecture, privacy, and security teams across the lifecycle.
• Define AI lifecycle artifacts and establish model performance monitoring and value realization expectations.
• Manage stakeholder communications including roadmap updates and governance status.
