Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years designing and delivering large-scale software solutions.
• Set overarching technical vision and strategy for an organization.
• Lead enterprise adoption of autonomous-agent delivery including governance.
• Architect enterprise AI strategy and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Proven adviser to senior executives on technology, data strategy, cloud architecture.
• Security-first mindset across development and compliance.
• Lead multiple engineering teams, hire and retain top talent.
• Excellent time management in a complex, autonomous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
