Job summary

Evolver Transformation, Inc. seeks a senior Domain Value Architect to lead strategic AI deployments across regulated enterprise functions. You will shape deployment roadmaps, align AI initiatives with finance, tax, risk, governance, and compliance priorities, and drive measurable business impact.

You will partner with executive stakeholders and Deployment Engineers to embed AI capabilities into critical workflows with governance, transparency, and accountability, delivering scalable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, tax, risk, governance, compliance, or related regulated enterprise functions.
• Significant experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic implementation roles.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders in complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading domain-driven transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions to understand enterprise priorities and regulatory constraints.
• Define phased AI deployment strategies aligned with measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize domain-specific use cases based on value and readiness.
• Establish KPIs to track business impact and value realization post-deployment.
• Engage senior stakeholders across finance, tax, risk, governance, compliance, and technology functions.
• Drive alignment between AI initiatives and enterprise control frameworks.
