Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• MSEE or MBA preferred.
• 15 years of related work experience; 5+ years in engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Define and recruit required resources to support the product development cycle.
• Drive lowest cost solutions through the development phases: concept, features, system architecture, components.
• Establish design standards applicable to the target industry (ANSI, ASME, AWWA, NSF).
• Establish quality control standards (ISO, UL) and support supply chain activities.
