The candidate will lead architecture for enterprise-scale programs, shaping data platforms, governance, and ML lifecycle while engaging with senior stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise across data systems, cloud services, and modern analytics, with a track record in consulting leadership and talent development.

Qualifications

Experience with solution architecture development for large enterprises and transformation programs.
Strong experience with traditional and modern data platforms including NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with data processing tools and frameworks including batch ETL, real time streaming and IoT architectures.
Experience with Big Data, Data Fabric and Data Mesh architectures.
Experience with federated and centralized data management practices and technologies including data governance.
Experience with data governance, data catalogs and data security.
Experience with MLOps processes, platforms and organizational implications.
Experience with ML models and modeling lifecycle.
Experience with data warehousing, BI lifecycle and technologies.
Experience with DevOps techniques, IaC, deployment patterns, and programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, Rust, .Net, scripting).
Knowledge graphs and related graph technologies.
Digital customer data platforms, martech, clickstream processing and digital analytics platforms.
Soft skills: ownership, agility, collaboration, consultative approach, architects for resiliency and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership and client engagement across strategic clients.
Lead architecture reviews and design roadmaps for large transformation programs.
Collaborate with data leaders to develop forward-looking advisory and solutions.
Deliver platform reviews, improvement recommendations and reference architectures.
Lead data & insights practice, recruit talent and mentor engineers.
Contribute to go-to-market content, proposals and solution templates.
Liaise with offshore teams on solutions and capability development.
Support pre-sales and new business discussions.
