Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Senior Manager to bridge business units and the Chief Data Office, shaping data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives across Finance, Legal, Operations, and more.

You will lead discovery, build compelling business cases, and partner with executives to prioritize and fund high-value programs, driving measurable outcomes and enterprise data governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business engagement, solution consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven success partnering with senior executives in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Experience developing conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, process improvements, or solution recommendations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data governance, analytics, AI, MDM, and systems integration.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business units and the Chief Data Office.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to understand priorities and challenges.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify opportunities in Data, AI, Analytics, Automation, and MDM.
• Develop conceptual designs, future-state workflows, wireframes, and business-focused recommendations.
• Create business cases outlining benefits, investment requirements, resources, and success metrics.
• Partner with sponsors to evaluate, prioritize, and fund initiatives based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with CDO teams to identify data requirements, governance, and integration needs.
• Ensure solutions align with data strategy and governance standards.
• Partner with Project Delivery Managers to define execution plans and milestones.
• Maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and initiative health.
• Lead executive communications and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Validate outcomes and adoption post-deployment.
