Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead data and AI initiatives for the NASA eMITS program, coordinating governance, policy development, and risk management across multiple centers and external partners.

The role requires extensive PM experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work with CDO/CAIO teams to advance NASA's Data Strategy and enterprise milestones through IT governance, training, and workforce development efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in project management with data governance.
• Bachelor's degree in data-related field.
• U.S. citizenship required; eligibility for access to sensitive information per government standards.
• Provide expert strategic vision and management services to guide data management and AI adoption.

Responsabilités

• Provide programmatic, strategic, and technical support to CDO/CAIO teams.
• Lead development and implementation of data and AI governance standards and interoperability models.
• Assess risk, create mitigation plans, and monitor compliance across NASA centers and partners.
• Develop AI risk assessment methodologies aligned with NIST AI RMF and bias/safety checks.
