Job summary

BeyondSOF seeks a seasoned Requirements Analyst in Washington, DC to lead requirements analysis sessions, stakeholder workshops, and functional design activities, translating mission needs into clear specifications for engineering teams delivering critical business and mission capabilities.

You will partner with engineering and analytics groups to drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation capabilities, and data-driven workflows; you will also establish governance for information management,

Qualifications

• FOUR (4)+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance
• Demonstrated experience performing responsibilities directly related to the position.
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, or operational stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, Knowledge Management, Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis sessions, stakeholder workshops, and functional design activities; develop functional specifications and serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of business and mission capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation capabilities, and data-driven workflows.
• Translate business and mission requirements into product, process, and technology enhancements that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Drive governance for information management, workflow standardization, collaboration platforms, and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, analytics, knowledge management, and AI-enabled decision support capabilities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide leadership visibility into performance, capacity, and operational effectiveness.
