Job summary

Deloitte US-E-Consulting Services is seeking a Consultant in AI & Engineering to join the AI&E Engineering-as-a-Service team. You will work on end-to-end IT transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains while driving measurable improvements in code quality and automation.

You will support project execution, analyze business requirements, and communicate with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a consulting firm, working on large-scale technology transformation and modernization projects in the commercial sector in the strategy, growth and IT transformation space with a strong focus on technology.
• 2+ years' experience in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis including tech modernization experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in transforming SDLC to the AI SDLC using Claude, Claude Code and Cowork.
• Strong project management, risk mitigation, RAID items, scheduling, cost control.
• Stakeholder management bridging business and engineering groups.
• Data center and application migration projects.
• BI, reporting (Power BI), and analytics delivery.
• Experience with large-scale technology modernization, cloud transformation, and CI/CD.
• Claude certification(s) and Master's degree (preferred).
• Travel readiness (50%), legal work status in the US.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end IT transformation projects for major consulting clients, focusing on innovation, technology resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Assist the team with project execution: develop project plans, facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze business requirements, performance metrics, and project risks; communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Act as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to align with enterprise change management controls.
