Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Senior Consultant to provide AI and data strategy program support for a federal client. You will coordinate complex workstreams, facilitate meetings, capture actions, and develop executive-readiness readouts for senior leadership, including the CIO and Chief AI Officer.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and ServiceNow. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in program support, operations, consulting, data management, or related field.
• Experience tracking and managing large datasets with accuracy and completeness.
• Familiarity with request tracking, service intake, or workflow management processes.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build trackers and executive-ready materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled with SharePoint and Teams for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support AI and data strategy program activities by facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating speakers, and capturing actions.
• Prepare, edit, and polish executive-ready deliverables such as briefing decks, memos, talking points, and program summaries.
• Track and maintain complex datasets related to customer service requests and AI initiatives.
• Support intake and tracking of customer or stakeholder requests using workflow systems.
• Conduct data reviews and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs across teams for recurring program meetings and leadership briefings.
• Develop standardized templates, trackers, and documentation to improve efficiency.
