The AI & Analytics Innovation Lead will drive transformation of disparate programmatic data into strategic metrics that will aid decision‑making across a major Program Executive Office (PEO) at the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role combines both hands‑on technical skills, deep data expertise, and consulting capabilities in order to deliver analytics, automate program data processes, creates dashboards/visualizations. This role will act as an Subject Matter Expert on AI/ML use cases, strategy, governance, and implementation for PEO business processes. Understanding of Generative AI will be particularly important as the PEO looks to derive more value from their data and streamline processes. The position will collaborate closely with the Program Management Office Business Executive on budgets, as well as program managers, data analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements, translate analytical findings into intuitive visuals, and ensure consistent, high‑quality presentation of information. The ideal candidate blends technical knowledge with strong communication skills, serving as a trusted advisor on how data and AI can accelerate innovation across the PEO. This role is part of Guidehouse's AI & Data horizontal and will have reach back to a larger team for collaboration and professional growth as a data practitioner.
