Job summary

Rogo in New York is seeking an Advisory professional to lead client engagements with large asset managers, from pre-sale through up-sell, shaping demos to resonate with portfolio managers and analysts.

You will act as the Voice of the Customer, translate capabilities into investment outcomes, and work with marketing to tailor content for different asset classes, teams, and client needs in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-office experience at a large asset manager.
• Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels.
• Outstanding presentation skills, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
• Curiosity about AI's potential to transform financial services.
• Sales or client-facing experience, including business development and/or experience directly managing institutional client matters and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with portfolio managers and research analysts at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers' problems.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to asset management contexts, validating how Rogo adds value for each client use case.
• Partner with marketing to develop content resonating with portfolio managers/analysts for different asset classes and strategies.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to inform sales strategy and product direction.
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Enhance market perception of Rogo as credible and helpful in applying AI to finance.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
