Job summary

Toptal is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple cross-functional teams focused on shared business outcomes. You will translate roadmap priorities into coordinated, predictable delivery, keeping dependencies visible and ensuring the right decisions are made at the right time.

This hands-on role owns cadence, plan, and risk across several Agile teams, acting as the trusted source of truth for stakeholders about current status and progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi‑team Agile programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to translate roadmaps into coordinated delivery and predictable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-team program with three or more Agile teams.
• Coordinate quarterly planning, PI planning, roadmap alignment, capacity, and release planning.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers across the program.
