Job summary

Butler America Aerospace seeks a Supply Chain Analyst in Charlotte, NC to build aftermarket procurement strategies and lead supplier relationships. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and product management to drive cost savings and ensure timely delivery of parts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in supply chain/sourcing, and experience with SAP and PowerBI, plus travel up to 20% in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in Supply Chain / Sourcing in large organizations.
• 3+ years advanced MS Excel & Word usage.
• 2+ years SAP and PowerBI experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop an aftermarket category strategy for parts.
• Identify and manage key suppliers and partnerships.
• Negotiate terms and manage pricing with regional vendors.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives in aftermarket HVAC.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations.
• Define and track supplier KPIs and address issues.
• Lead a cross-functional team of procurement professionals.
