Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical hardware manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to analyze 2D drawings and critical features.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~50%+.

Responsibilities

• Audit and embed into supplier processes to improve cost, lead times, and quality.
• Conduct on-site audits to identify root causes of supplier quality issues.
• Assess and improve supplier capabilities aligning with engineering and operations.
• Provide technical guidance on part specs, processes, and quality measures.
• Track supplier performance and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Support New Product Introduction by ensuring supplier readiness.
