• Progressive responsibility with manufacturing focus.
• Strong knowledge of production flow and inventory management.
• Solid business acumen; able to motivate and drive change.
• Global perspective in aerospace supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement organization for Ogden, providing coaching and escalation support.
• Drive KPI performance metrics (late release, push/pull/cancel, delinquency/OTD, costs/PPV).
• Build supplier relationships and optimize OTD and costs for sites.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier consolidation.
• Negotiate contracts and manage bids to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to qualify new suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare bid packages and coach procurement team on negotiations.
• Other related duties as assigned.
