The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program or project management, strong leadership, and advanced analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs using established methodologies.
• Strong leadership with experience driving organizational change.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with risk management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs.
• Leads and monitors multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways; creates change-management approaches including documentation library, communication plans, and process training.
• Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting; defines and allocates budget, staff, and other resources.
• Conducts market and trend analysis to inform program direction and drive innovation; stays abreast of industry developments to enhance competitiveness.
