Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Corporation in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Buyer to procure materials and services for aerospace components. You will coordinate with internal teams, request quotes, negotiate pricing and delivery, and issue purchase orders within the ERP system to meet customer schedules.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, plus experience with ERP/MRP and ITAR compliance. On-site work is required with occasional supplier visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a purchasing role in manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace/defense and outside processing is preferred.
• Supply Chain certification by APICS, ISM, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and services for aerospace manufacturing per ERP data.
• Request quotes, negotiate pricing and delivery, issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Project Management, and Engineering.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure ITAR compliance.
• Maintain lead times and update orders in ERP; track spend and deviations.
