Job summary

Climate Lead seeks a high-impact Operations/Chief of Staff professional to support the President’s advisory work in San Francisco. You’ll coordinate cross-functional workflows, prepare presidential briefings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up with donors and partners.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in strategic operations or high-touch fundraising, exceptional executive writing, and proven ability to move complex initiatives with speed and discretion in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating high-stakes initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Strong written and verbal communication at an executive level.
Ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Information Synthesis: distill inputs from across the organization into prioritized context and next steps.
Advisory Team Workflow: coordinate with the Advisory team to prepare the President for high-stakes engagements and route post-meeting actions.
Coordination & Execution: bridge across teams, drive deliverables, and resolve bottlenecks before they reach the President.
Routing: filter advisory requests to reserve time for high-leverage decisions and donor opportunities.
