Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking a Senior Consultant to support our global Advisory business line, focusing on economic, environmental, and social vibrancy. Roles span client interactions, data-driven analysis, and developing executive-ready materials across major U.S.

cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Denver, and Chicago. Applicants should have a minimum of three years in management consulting or related fields, with strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years consulting or related experience.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling and client-ready storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication with C-suite exposure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead and manage multiple workstream tasks.
• Develop solution frameworks and conduct baseline research.
• Build and review Excel models (DCF, NPV, EBITDA).
• Create executive decks and data-driven insights.
• Support business development and client proposals.
