Job summary

AlareLeadership Inc. is seeking an Advisor for its Board of Advisors. This equity-based, remote, independent contractor role focuses on providing strategic guidance to early-stage ventures and building strong connections across the company’s network.

You will help shape product positioning, GTM strategy, and fundraising awareness while offering high-impact mentorship and selective amplification of the company story. Flexible engagement with periodic touchpoints is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience advising venture-backed startups or similar entities.
• Established network of founders, investors, or decision-makers.
• Proven track record of providing strategic guidance to early or growth-stage companies.
• Excellent, actionable communication and commitment to active engagement.

Responsibilities

• Offer candid product, GTM and market strategy feedback anchored in Alarè's growth plan.
• Provide warm introductions to customers, partners, and investors from your network.
• Advise on fundraising processes, partnerships, and market expansion as a thought partner.
• Contribute to approved thought leadership while maintaining company messaging.
• Participate in advisor meetings and provide timely guidance between sessions.
• Identify market signals and network intelligence relevant to Alarè's strategy.
