Position: Strategic Advisor and Board Member

We are seeking an experiencedStrategic Advisor and Board Memberto join our leadership team. This role requires an investment of $500,000 USD, offering a unique opportunity to shape the company's future and drive its growth. Compensation will commence post-fundraising, with significant equity incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive team, helping to shape the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
  • Offer expert advice on business development, financial planning, and market expansion strategies.
  • Leverage industry connections to open doors for partnerships, fundraising, and business opportunities.
  • Actively participate in board meetings, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
  • Monitor the company’s performance and ensure that strategic objectives are met.
  • Contribute to the development of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in fundraising efforts by leveraging networks and guiding the company’s investor relations strategy.
  • Act as a mentor to senior management, providing leadership development and support.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or a relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a board member or strategic advisor.
