Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to coach Wealth leaders and teammates one on one and in groups.
• Lead in a matrix environment with project and process expectations.
• Define and lead execution of business objectives amid shifting priorities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word, and related business applications.
• Well organized, flexible, and able to adapt to change with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategy and execute initiatives according to the priorities of the Advice & Planning Group.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation related to advice delivery and resources through creation and editing.
• Coach Wealth leaders and teammates to integrate the relationship advisory process and tools including the Elements of Wealth.
• Coordinate and execute business operation and process excellence, including business planning, continuity, and operations manuals.
• Scale advice and planning processes to create self-sufficiency with tools and free up capacity for Advisors to maximize impact.
• Lead design of and manage metrics and reporting related to advice and planning; interpret outcomes to adjust strategy.
• Support the advice & planning business through oversight, high quality process management.
• Collaborate with business leaders and partners across Truist Financial Corporation.
• Maintain efficient use of systems, applications, tools, software, etc.
• Adhere to financial planning processes and comply with policies, regulations, and risk management.
