Qualifikationen

• Planning, scheduling and execution of all projects (print and digital) within AbbVie Ad Agency (A3).
• Coordinate daily activities with the account manager to help keep projects on schedule, on budget and on strategy.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to manage workload in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and agency tools (Kantata/Mavenlink, Workfront).

Aufgaben

• Understand AbbVie promotional guidelines (branding, promotional material development, reviews, compliance).
• Understand the Agency Workflow Process (initiation, kickoff, collaboration, approvals, production, archiving).
• Set up and manage routes for projects through internal approval processes.
• Coordinate with studio, programming and creative leads; liaise with third-party vendors.
• Prepare assets and documentation for submission and review per AbbVie processes.
• Create and maintain project documentation and tracking materials.
