Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Five years progressively responsible job-related experience, preferably in higher education.
• Knowledge of budget, HR and payroll systems and processes.
• Ability to organize work, exercise independent judgment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operational and technology needs for the division.
• Manage division budgets and ensure compliance with contracts, IT and risk management.
• Track and manage active contracts for timely payments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist division staff with purchase and travel card submissions within university systems.
• Prepare vendor payments and support onboarding/offboarding in HR processes.
• Compile monthly division budget reports for internal and external stakeholders.
