Responsibilities

• Manages accounting and personnel functions within the Department.
• Manages all accounts under the Director’s management.
• Assists staff with budget management and office purchasing.
• Handles travel, reimbursements, and operational expenses for staff.
• Maintains capital equipment inventory and handles cash receipts and collections.
• Reviews departmental contracts and assists in policy development for business functions.
