Job summary

Naropa University in Boulder seeks an Associate Director of Admissions to lead recruitment, admissions, and onboarding for graduate and undergraduate programs. This role supervises full-time staff and chairs the admissions interview and application review process.

The position partners with the AVP of Admissions and Strategic Initiatives to run day-to-day operations, improve team effectiveness, and support enrollment goals, while fostering a welcoming, student-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or 4+ years in higher education admissions leadership.
• Minimum six years in higher education administration, customer service, sales, or related field.
• Experience working with diverse student and family groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and co-lead recruitment and enrollment strategies aligned with Naropa's goals.
• Supervise full-time admissions staff including hiring, training and performance management.
• Manage applicant pools, inquiries, and yield activities.
• Lead on-campus and virtual prospective student events and information sessions.
• Ensure accurate CRM data and timely communications with applicants.
• Coordinate with Graduate School and other programs as needed.
