Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and enrollment strategies aligned with Naropa's mission and goals.
• Supervise full-time admissions staff including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage applicant pool including recruitment, inquiries, and yield activities.
• Lead prospective student day events and information sessions (on-campus or virtual).
• Oversee mass communications to prospective and admitted students.
• Lead interview sessions and train faculty interviewers annually.
