• Conduct facility tours and explain services and accommodations to families.
• Ensure all admission documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work with clinical team to ensure appropriate placement and smooth transition.
• Maintain admissions records and census information.
• Monitor referral activity and follow up with potential admissions.
• Support census growth and occupancy goals.
