Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or media.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and develop tailored advertising solutions.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Experience with digital advertising across TV, streaming, and online channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns from proposal to renewal.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and in-market visits.
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess client goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
• Develop and present customized broadcast, streaming, and digital advertising solutions.
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns from proposal through renewal.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and performance reviews.
• Increase revenue through renewals, upselling opportunities, and new campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal sales support, strategy, creative, and research teams to deliver exceptional client results.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasting within CRM systems.
• Serve as a trusted marketing resource within the local business community.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and media sales.
