Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Acquisition, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal/DoD/IC acquisition processes and IDIQ contracts.
• Understanding of SDLC and systems engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence) and SAFe concepts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Draft SOWs for system acquisitions under guidance.
• Define evaluation criteria and assist in source selection.
• Monitor contractor performance against cost, schedule, and technical metrics.
• Oversee Task Orders under IDIQ contracts and track deliverables.
• Support COTR by gathering performance data.
• Translate program needs and Agile Epics into system requirements.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Review contractor deliverables for format and alignment.
• Maintain acquisition documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams and contracting for acquisition planning.
