Qualifications

• Requires Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position and ES policy knowledge.
• Experience in program management and acquisition lifecycle helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct, control, monitor, and integrate activities in the IBS program acquisition cycle.
• Coordinate contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, data management, testing, and logistics.
• Represent the organization to executives and contractor/industry partners.
