Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, has an immediate opportunity for an Acquisition Program Manager Analyst supporting the Propulsion Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The ideal candidate will manage DoD acquisition programs across lifecycle, ensuring compliance with DoDD/AFI guidance and delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires active SECRET clearance and experience with ACAT programs, SOW/PWS development, and earned value

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 6+ years of DoD acquisition experience with a related degree; or 10+ years with HS diploma.
• Broad knowledge of DoD and Air Force program management policies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of acquisition strategies.
• Prepare program documentation per AFI 63-101/20-101.
• Develop SOWs or PWS and other RFP documents.
• Support technical evaluation of program proposals.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.
• Develop and analyze Integrated Master Schedules.
• Analyze cost performance (EVM) and implement corrective actions.
