Job summary

The Air Force Civilian Service is seeking an Acquisition Manager (NH-1101-04) to lead the Automatic Test Systems Division at Robins AFB, GA. This senior role requires directing cross-functional teams and overseeing complex programs across the lifecycle.

You will represent the organization to government and industry, manage program schedules and costs, and ensure performance objectives are met while maintaining security clearances and compliance. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• APDP Acquisition Program Management Practitioner certifications required.
• Willingness to travel and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional branch of five mission-oriented teams in program planning, policy implementation, and management.
• Represent the organization to government and industry, presenting program status, negotiating solutions, and resolving critical acquisition issues.
• Monitor contractor performance, approve contractual actions, evaluate program changes, and ensure contract compliance.
• Direct and integrate cross-functional teams, track program performance, establish controls, manage risks and stay within cost/schedule/baseline objectives.
• Develop acquisition strategies and adjust funding, schedules and resources to meet mission objectives.
