Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, is seeking an ECU Program Acquisition Manager to drive integration, capture strategy, and negotiations for the F135 program in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage gated processes, assess risks, and coordinate with the JPO and BAT to secure contract awards. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in aerospace, engineering, business or related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of combined program management, leadership, and/or technical experience.
• At least 5+ years’ experience with propulsion.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop integration plans with cross-functional teams for ECU proposals.
• Collaborate with proposal manager and program managers on capture strategy.
• Work with the finance team to understand profitability.
• Lead the proposal review and gated processes.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions as needed.
• Overall accountability for the business acquisition pursuit.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external parties and internal organizations.
• Drive improvements through the gated process to achieve timely contract awards.
• Brief ECU PMO management and secure commitment through the gated process.
