Job summary

Filterbuy, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Associate in Atlanta, GA to drive an add-on acquisition growth strategy. You will build a pipeline of targets, evaluate opportunities, and support due diligence from screening through close.

You will report to the Head of Corporate Development, travel about 60% and collaborate with business leaders, brokers, and investment bankers to execute strategic deals. Strong financial modeling and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in corporate development, deal origination, sourcing, or M&A workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop acquisition opportunities with leadership.
• Support direct sourcing through market research, mapping, outreach, and relationships.
• Evaluate inbound opportunities from brokers, banks, and business leaders.
• Develop market and competitive intelligence to assess targets.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and identify prospects.
• Maintain relationships with business owners, brokers, and intermediaries.
• Represent Filterbuy Ventures as a buyer of choice in the market.
• Gain knowledge of HVAC/air filtration and deal activity.
• Lead deal-related financial and operational analyses and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present rationale to executives.
• Generate scorecards and summarize findings for the executive team.
• Support value-added activities across Corporate Development.
• Maintain honest and ethical conduct in all interactions.
