Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable & collections: follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payments.
• Payment processing & maintenance: process invoices and apply payments accurately.
• Reconciliation & reporting: prepare aging and collection reports for management.
• Administrative duties: respond to inquiries and maintain accurate records.
