Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Corporate Shared Team Services team in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll manage complex accounts, resolve disputes with data and diplomacy, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to speed payments and protect the bottom line.

You are detail-oriented, patient with process, and motivated to improve accuracy in billing, collections aging, and cash flow. A four-plus year AR background and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounts receivable or complex collections.
• Experience in dispute resolution and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively collect outstanding payments and prevent escalations.
• Manage full AR lifecycle for complex accounts with accuracy and relationships.
• Maintain meticulous records of collection activity and commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to remove root causes of late payments.
